Twenty years of selling industrial products in China, turned into one job: getting the right grade out of the country with the paperwork that proves it.
LUBEASE (Qingdao) Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. (鼎诚润通(青岛)工业科技有限公司)is an export supply desk for industrial lubricants and chemical raw materials. We buy from Chinese producers, hold or allocate the grade you ask for, and ship it out with the documents your customs broker and quality team will want to see.
Our supply runs through the international brands our buyers already work with: Shell industrial lubricants as an authorised distributor, contracted supply from Sinopec Great Wall and Quaker Houghton, and direct allocation from China's major petrochemical, polyurethane and carbon black producers.
We started the way most buyers in this trade start — selling industrial products inside China, learning which plants actually hold a specification and which only quote one. Two decades of that is the reason our replies are short: we already know which grade can be held from stock, which needs six weeks of production, and which should not be offered to you at all.
Today we serve customers across the globe through twelve product lines, and our marine lubricants are supplied in more than 700 ports worldwide.
In polyurethane, polyether and carbon black we are not a trader buying and reselling — we operate as the producing plants' dedicated export agent. Pricing is set at plant level, capacity is committed to our customers ahead of the spot market, and technical questions are answered by the people who make the material.
That production base also gives us development capability, not just a product list. If a standard grade does not fit your process, send us the target — on polyether polyols and other lines we work to your specification and provide samples for your trials before any order is placed.
A price list is easy to forward; the work behind it is not. This is the part we handle:
Most export problems are handover problems — the drum that missed the vessel because it was loaded in a different city from the paperwork. Our hubs exist to keep cargo, documents and inspection in the same place.
Head office with a physical warehouse of over 1,000 m². Lubricants in drums, pails, IBCs and flexitanks; quotation, contract and export documentation are handled here.
Over 500 m² of bonded-zone warehouse for storage and consolidation ahead of shipment. Carbon black in jumbo bags or 25 kg sacks and bulk industrial minerals are loaded here, container or breakbulk.
Branch office for settlement outside the mainland, and coordination of Shell supply from Hong Kong stock.
Branch office handling the marine lubricants business for the region, and the sourcing of other product lines — mixed containers and transhipment included.
Four steps, and you know which one you are in at any point.
Brand, grade, quantity, packing preference and destination port — or just the problem you are trying to solve.
Availability confirmed, an equivalent proposed where relevant, and a landed price with the lead time we can hold.
Sample and specification approved, space booked, packing list and export documents prepared before loading.
The container leaves with its full document set; we follow it to arrival and answer the questions that come after.
Lubricant blenders and distributors, tyre and rubber goods manufacturers, polyurethane foam and elastomer producers, and petrochemical traders who need a second source they can actually audit.
We do not quote a grade we cannot hold or allocate, and we do not hide the producer. Most of our buyers need to know the plant for audits, product registration or tenders — so the producer is named in the quotation, not discovered later on the COA.
We will come back with an equivalent, a landed price and a lead time.
