Polyether polyols supplied through a deeply integrated supply partnership — we operate as the producing plant's dedicated export agent, which means plant-level pricing and technical support from the people who make the material: conventional slabstock polyols, high-activity and polymer polyols for high-resilience foam, and CASE grades for coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers. Hydroxyl value, viscosity, water content and colour are reported per lot on the COA. Ready-to-use rigid foam systems are listed under Polyurethane.
Conventional homopolymer triols for continuous slabstock and batch block foam — mattress, furniture and packaging foam. BHT-free grades that process well on all types of foaming machinery.
| Grade | Typical specification | Packing | Typical applications |
|---|---|---|---|
| QC-5631A | OH 54.5–57.5 mgKOH/g, viscosity 400–700 mPa·s, nominal MW 3000 homopolymer triol, BHT-free | 210kg drum / IBC | Flexible slabstock foam for mattresses and furniture |
| QC-5631B | OH 46.5–49.5 mgKOH/g, viscosity 550–750 mPa·s, nominal MW 3500 homopolymer triol, BHT-free | 210kg drum / IBC | Flexible slabstock foam for mattresses and furniture; processes well on all types of foam machinery |
Values are typical specification targets; water content, acid value, pH, K+/Na+ and colour are reported per lot on the COA. Further viscosities and molecular weights are available against enquiry.
High-activity polyols and polymer polyols (POP) — styrene-acrylonitrile grafted polyethers — that raise the load bearing, resilience and hardness of flexible foam without raising its density. The standard route to high-resilience (HR) slabstock, moulded seating and viscoelastic grades.
| Grade | Typical specification | Packing | Typical applications |
|---|---|---|---|
| QC-330N | OH 26.5–29.5 mgKOH/g, viscosity 1100–1600 mPa·s, MW approx. 5000 glycerine-started triol with EO cap; BHT- and amine-free, low odour | 210kg drum / IBC | HR slabstock and moulded foam, low-density high-resilience grades |
| QC-360N | OH 22–26 mgKOH/g, viscosity 1800–2500 mPa·s, MW approx. 8000, high functionality, primary OH above 80%; BHT- and amine-free | 210kg drum / IBC | HR slabstock and cold-moulded high-resilience (CMHR) foam |
| QC-3628 | Polymer polyol, solids 25–30%, OH 33.5–36.5 mgKOH/g, viscosity 750–950 mPa·s; styrene-acrylonitrile grafted, BHT- and amine-free, residual styrene below 10 mg/kg | 210kg drum / IBC | High load-bearing HR foam over a wide density range; usable in all-TDI, TDI/MDI blend or all-MDI formulations |
| QC-H45 | Polymer polyol, solids 40–45%, OH 26–30 mgKOH/g, viscosity 3000–4000 mPa·s; BHT-free | 210kg drum / IBC | Ultra-high-hardness slabstock, hot moulding and VE (viscoelastic memory) foam |
Values are typical specification targets; per-lot data is issued on the COA. Grade selection depends on the hardness / density window you are targeting — send us the foam specification and we will recommend the polyol and formulation.
Low-molecular-weight difunctional and trifunctional polyethers for coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers — where the end use needs flexibility, hydrolytic stability and controlled reactivity rather than foam reactivity.
| Grade | Typical specification | Packing | Typical applications |
|---|---|---|---|
| QC-210 | OH 105–119 mgKOH/g, viscosity 120–180 mPa·s, MW approx. 1000, difunctional | 210kg drum / IBC | Sealants, potting compounds, adhesives and elastomers such as castor wheels and rollers |
| QC-220 | OH 54–58 mgKOH/g, viscosity 270–370 mPa·s, MW approx. 2000, difunctional | 210kg drum / IBC | Sealants, potting compounds, adhesives and elastomers |
| QC-310 | OH 163–173 mgKOH/g, viscosity 220–300 mPa·s, MW approx. 1000, trifunctional | 210kg drum / IBC | Adhesives |
| QC-30 | OH 26.5–29.5 mgKOH/g, viscosity 700–1000 mPa·s, MW approx. 4000, low unsaturation, primary OH approx. 85% | 210kg drum / IBC | Footwear polyurethane and elastomers |
Values are typical specification targets; water content, acid value and colour are reported per lot on the COA. PTMEG and speciality polyethers are available against enquiry.
Base rigid polyether polyols (sucrose- and amine-started, aromatic and aliphatic) for formulators who blend their own systems — supplied against your specification with a COA per lot. If you buy finished foam rather than formulate, our ready-to-use rigid foam systems for pipeline, appliance, spray, panel and reefer container applications are listed under Polyurethane.
As with our other produced lines, formulation support is included: tell us the blowing agent available in your market, the target density and the thermal conductivity you need, and we develop the polyol side and send samples for your trials.
We will come back with an equivalent, a landed price and a lead time.
