Spherical and granular magnesium-titanium catalysts for polypropylene — from workhorse general-purpose grades through non-phthalate (phthalate-free) systems for food-contact and medical-hygiene resin, to high-rubber impact and high-hydrogen-response fibre grades. Titanium-based catalysts for high-density, full-density and linear low-density polyethylene, in dry-powder, mineral-oil slurry and hexane slurry forms, matched to the licensed reactor technology — Mitsui slurry, Hostalen and Hostalen ACP, Innovene S, Phillips, ADL loop, Borstar, Unipol and other gas-phase processes. Metallocene catalysts carry a shelf life of 6–12 months under nitrogen; the expiry date and full specification are stated on the COA issued with each lot.
Chromium-on-silica catalysts for wide-molecular-weight-distribution HDPE — blow-moulded containers, IBC drums, geomembrane and high-strength film — plus a silica-supported titanium-vanadium system for film with outstanding clarity and puncture resistance. Chromium catalysts are supplied pre-activated where stated, so no in-plant activation step is required.

Alkyl-aluminium products are pyrophoric and water-reactive: they ship as dangerous goods with the SDS and UN classification, and are kept under nitrogen with no expiry while the blanket holds. Catalyst metering and feeding systems (slurry, dry-powder and loop configurations) are quoted as skid-mounted packages on request.
Polyolefin catalysts lose activity on contact with air and moisture, so the packing is part of the product. Dry powders are filled into zinc-plated steel drums under nitrogen at a slight positive pressure (≤ 0.05 MPa); slurry and solution grades travel in specialised steel cylinders (horizontal ~500 L, vertical 500 / 1100 L) at 0.05–0.10 MPa nitrogen.
Refinery catalysts (FCC, hydrotreating, hydrocracking), basic organic chemical catalysts and environmental catalysts are handled on request under the same arrangement: send the unit, the process and the catalyst in use today, and technical selection is made together with the producer before we quote.
