Industrial Lubricants

Hydraulic, gear, compressor, turbine, circulating and process oils plus greases and metalworking fluids for factories, power plants, mines and chemical and petrochemical plants. The categories below follow the standard classification used by the producing plants; grades are listed as generic product types, and we confirm the equivalent you are using today before quoting.

Hydraulic Oils

Anti-wear hydraulic oils in common ISO viscosity grades, plus fire-resistant and readily biodegradable fluids where required.

Viscosity grade and fluid type confirmed per enquiry; TDS and COA issued with the quotation.

Industrial Gear Oils

Extreme-pressure gear oils for enclosed gearboxes, reducers, wind turbines and heavily loaded drives.

Confirmed against your gearbox maker's requirement and operating temperature range.

Compressor Oils

Air compressor oils and gas compressor oils, including extended-life and synthetic types for rotary screw, reciprocating and vane machines.

Grade matched to the gas, discharge pressure and compressor type; synthetic and food-grade types on request.

Turbine Oils

Steam, gas and hydro turbine oils with oxidation stability, air release and demulsibility for long service life.

Oxidation stability, air release and demulsibility confirmed against the turbine maker's specification.

Circulating & Bearing Oils

Bearing and circulation system oils for plain and rolling bearings, plus paper machine oils for continuous wet-end service.

Grade confirmed per enquiry, including long-drain and energy-efficient types.

Greases

General-purpose industrial greases, heavy-duty and extreme-pressure greases, high-temperature greases, low-noise bearing greases and specialty products.

Grease range confirmed per enquiry; cartridge, pail or drum filling on request.

Heat Transfer Oils

Thermal oils for closed circulation heating systems in chemical, textile, plastics and asphalt plants.

Grade and maximum film / bulk temperature confirmed before quotation.

Process Oils & White Oils

Process oils and white mineral oils are used as raw materials and processing aids rather than as lubricants — in rubber compounding and polymer processing, textile and ink manufacture, personal care and cosmetics, and in food and pharmaceutical applications where a pharmacopoeia grade is required. We supply both refinery-grade and synthetic (GTL) grades with a COA per lot, and we confirm the compliance documentation before shipment.

Process oils

Bulk supply in flexitank or ISO tank on request. Aromatic content and compliance documentation confirmed per destination.

White mineral oils

Relevant compliance certificate supplied with the delivery; registration confirmed per grade and destination market.

Specialty Oils

Electrical insulating oils, refrigeration compressor oils, vacuum pump oils, machine tool slideway oils and system flushing oils — the smaller-volume grades that keep the rest of the plant running.

Smaller-volume grades quoted per enquiry; availability confirmed with the producing plant.

Marine Lubricants

The marine range covers the main engine, the auxiliary engines and the shipboard equipment around them: cylinder lubrication for two-stroke crosshead engines, crankcase system oils, trunk piston and gas engine oils for four-stroke medium-speed engines, high-speed diesel oils for gensets and fast craft, and environmentally acceptable lubricants for vessels trading in sensitive waters. Deliveries are scheduled around bunkering calls at Chinese ports.

Cylinder oils — two-stroke low-speed crosshead engines

BN is selected against fuel sulphur, engine load and OEM requirement (Everllence / MAN ES, WinGD, MHI). Send the engine type and fuel and we will confirm the grade and feed rate.

System oils — crosshead engine crankcase

One grade for several services, so a vessel can run on fewer products.

Trunk piston engine oils — medium-speed four-stroke

Approvals cover the main trunk piston engine builders as well as gearboxes, clutches and deck machinery.

Gas engine oils

Ash level matched to the engine maker's requirement and to the gas quality (natural gas, biogas, landfill gas).

High-speed diesel engine oils — gensets and fast craft

Specification level matched to the engine maker's requirement and to the sulphur content of the distillate fuel.

Environmentally acceptable lubricants (EAL / biodegradable)

For vessels operating under US VGP 2013, EU Ecolabel, OSPAR (Norway) and CEFAS OCNS (UK/NL) requirements. Certificates supplied with the delivery.

Auxiliary and deck equipment

Same families as the industrial sections above, matched to the marine-approved grade for the equipment:

• Hydraulic oils — deck cranes, hatch covers, steering gear, stabilisers and controllable-pitch propellers
• Gear oils — reduction gears, thrusters and winches, mineral and synthetic
• Air compressor oils — reciprocating, screw and vane machines, including turbocharger service
• Refrigeration compressor oils — HFC and ammonia (R717) cargo and provision plants

Metalworking Fluids

Soluble cutting fluids, neat cutting oils, grinding fluids, quenching oils and rust preventives for machining and steel processing.

Send the operation, the metal and the machine and we will recommend the product and dilution.

Trade Compliance & Customer Qualification

Authorised distribution carries obligations. We follow the trade compliance requirements of the brand owners we represent, which is why we qualify a customer before we quote: company registration, destination country, intended application and, where required, screening against restricted-party and sanctions lists.

This is not a formality. It is what keeps a supply channel authorised, and it protects buyers who do not want their stock tied to an unauthorised or grey-market source.

What it means in practice

• Before quoting we ask for the company, the destination and the intended end use
• Orders for sanctioned destinations, or for military, nuclear and other restricted end uses, cannot be supplied
• End-use statements, declarations and documentation are handled as part of the order, not after it
• Brand packaging and product names are used only where the authorisation allows it
