Polyester and acrylic from the same plants that make our polyester feedstock: fibre-grade, film-grade and bottle-grade PET chip, polyester staple and filament, and acrylic staple, tow and top. Chip ships in 950–1100 kg bags, fibre in compressed bales — with the specification sheet and COA issued per lot.
Chip is specified mainly by intrinsic viscosity: 0.675 dL/g for fibre, 0.645 for film, 0.800 for bottle. Dullness is set by TiO2 content — semi-dull, full-dull and bright grades spin and dye differently, and the choice decides the lustre and depth of shade in the finished fabric.
| Grade | Typical specification | Packing | Typical applications |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fibre grade, semi-dull | IV 0.675±0.010 dL/g, melting point 258±2 °C, density 1.33–1.38 g/cm³ | 950 / 1050 / 1100kg bag | POY, FDY, DTY and ATY filament; cotton-type, medium and wool-type staple |
| Fibre grade, full dull | IV 0.675±0.010 dL/g, high TiO2, low powder and coagulated particle content | 950 / 1050 / 1100kg bag | Soft-lustre fibre, deep-dyeing apparel, home textiles and decoration |
| Fibre grade, bright / super bright | IV 0.685±0.010 dL/g, low TiO2 | 950 / 1050 / 1100kg bag | Bright and silk-like fabrics, speciality filament |
| Film grade (matrix / masterbatch / composite) | IV 0.645±0.012 dL/g, stable viscosity, low impurity and particle count | 950 / 1050kg bag | Packaging, printing, metallised, matte, capacitor and laminating film |
| Bottle grade | IV 0.800±0.020 dL/g | 950 / 1050 / 1100kg bag | Water, carbonated soft-drink, edible-oil and hot-fill bottles |
| Industrial yarn grade | High IV, low carboxyl end-group content; data issued per grade | 950 / 1050 / 1100kg bag | Tyre cord, conveyor belt, geotextile and rope filament |
Around twenty chip specifications are produced across the dullness range. IV, colour value and carboxyl end-group content are reported per lot; packing weight is 950, 1050 or 1100 kg per bag with ±0.3% metering tolerance.
Cut to length and specified by dtex × cut length. Cotton type at 38 mm for spinning on cotton systems, medium length for wool and viscose blends, wool type for 90 mm woollen systems.
| Grade | Typical specification | Packing | Typical applications |

| Medium length, 2.78 dtex × 65mm | Breaking strength ≥4.90 cN/dtex, good crimp and oil content | Compressed bale | Wool-like suiting, blankets and upholstery |
| Wool type, 3.33 dtex × 90mm | Wool-system cut length; crimp and cohesion set per grade | Compressed bale | Woollen-spun yarns, knitwear, carpets and non-woven felt |
| Sewing thread and non-woven types | High tenacity low-shrink, or hydrophilic / flame-retardant variants | Compressed bale | Sewing thread, hygiene and geotextile non-wovens, filtration |
More than sixty staple specifications are produced. Elongation centre value is agreed between buyer and supplier within 25–40% and then held fixed; the specification sheet for your grade travels with the COA.
Textile filament in POY, FDY and DTY for draw-texturing, weaving and knitting, plus high-tenacity industrial yarn for tyre cord, hose, belt and geotextile.
| Grade | Typical specification | Packing | Typical applications |
|---|---|---|---|

| FDY (fully drawn yarn) | dtex / filament count to order | Palletised cartons | Apparel, home textile and lining fabrics |
| DTY (draw-textured yarn) | dtex / filament count to order | Palletised cartons | Knitting and weaving yarns with bulk and stretch |
| Industrial yarn, bright | 1111–3333 dtex / 192f or 384f | Palletised cartons | Tyre cord, conveyor belt, geotextile, ropes and slings |
| Industrial yarn, low shrink | 1111 and 1667 dtex / 192f | Palletised cartons | Hose reinforcement, V-belt, canvas and tarpaulin |
