Polyurethane raw materials and formulated systems supplied through a deeply integrated supply partnership — we operate as the producing plant's dedicated export agent, which means plant-level pricing, formulation support from the people who make the material, and systems developed to your mould and line speed. The range covers polymeric MDI and TDI, ready-to-use rigid foam systems for pipeline, appliance, spray and panel applications, mining reinforcement and filling materials, polyester polyols and the full additive package. Polyether polyols are listed separately under Polyether Polyols.
The isocyanate side of a polyurethane formulation — polymeric MDI for rigid foam and TDI for flexible foam and elastomer applications. Grade selection is matched to your system and to the handling and storage conditions at your plant.
| Grade | Typical specification | Packing | Typical applications |
|---|---|---|---|
| Polymeric MDI | NCO content, acidity and functionality per grade; data issued with the COA | 250kg drum / 1.25mt IBC | Rigid polyurethane foam — appliance insulation, sandwich panels, spray foam, pipe and board stock |
| TDI (toluene diisocyanate) | Isomer ratio and purity per grade; data issued with the COA | 250kg drum | Flexible polyurethane foam, elastomers, synthetic leather, coated fabrics, paints and adhesives |
Isocyanates are moisture-sensitive and regulated for transport: drums are sealed against humidity, shelf life is date-marked, and packing is confirmed per grade and destination. Pure and modified MDI grades are available against enquiry.
Ready-to-use two-component systems: the polyol side is formulated at our plant with blowing agent, catalyst, surfactant and flame retardant, then shipped as an A + B package to react with MDI on your line. Reactivity (cream, gel and demould times), density and thermal conductivity are tuned to your process — and where a standard system does not fit, we develop the formulation against your mould, line speed and target density.

Blowing-agent compatibility is confirmed per system and destination — regulatory status of HCFC and HFC blowing agents varies by market, and we confirm what can ship to you before quoting. Full TDS with reactivity and density data is issued with each system.
Two-component materials for coal-mine reinforcement and sealing. The A and B components are mixed at a 1:1 volume ratio and cure into a consolidated body with high mechanical strength, cementing loose, broken and discontinuous coal or rock into a continuous mass — solving coal-wall caving and roof fall and improving load-bearing capacity.
| Grade | Typical specification | Packing | Typical applications |
|---|---|---|---|
| Silicate-modified PU reinforcement material (A + B) | Two-component, 1:1 by volume; curing time, expansion ratio, compressive strength and oxygen index per TDS | Drum set | Reinforcement of coal and rock masses in mines |
| PU reinforcement material (A + B) | Two-component, 1:1 by volume; curing time, expansion ratio, compressive strength and oxygen index per TDS | Drum set | Reinforcement of fractured coal and rock; improves stress distribution and load-bearing capacity |
| Phenolic resin foaming material for backfilling and sealing (A + B) | Two-component foaming system; expansion and compressive-strain data per TDS | Drum set | Cavity backfilling and air-leakage sealing in mines |
Component data — viscosity, pH, curing time, expansion ratio, maximum reaction temperature, compressive strength and oxygen index — is issued on the TDS and confirmed per batch on the COA.
Polyester polyols for applications that need higher mechanical strength, abrasion and oil resistance, or better adhesion than a polyether system can give.

Further polyester polyol grades for coatings, synthetic leather and flexible foam are available against enquiry.

Isocyanates ship in sealed 250 kg drums, IBCs or ISO tanks; polyols, polyester polyols and liquid additives in 200–215 kg drums and IBCs; catalysts in pails. Isocyanate and polyol components are segregated in the container per transport rules, and moisture-sensitive items are packed to survive the sea leg.
Production runs under a standardised quality system: incoming raw materials are inspected against defined procedures before they enter the plant, and every batch of outgoing product is tested before release — so the qualification rate of what ships is controlled at the factory gate, not after it arrives.
Formulation support is part of the supply. Tell us the mould, the line speed, the blowing agent available in your market and the density or flame class you need, and our formulation team develops the system and sends samples for your trials before any order is placed. Shelf life, storage temperature and re-test intervals are stated on the COA and TDS for every product.
We will come back with an equivalent, a landed price and a lead time.
