Carbon Black

Rubber-grade carbon black supplied through a deeply integrated supply partnership — we operate as the producing plant's dedicated export agent, which means plant-level pricing and capacity committed before we quote. The range is the full N-series for tyre and general rubber applications, tested to GB 3778-2021 and shipped in FIBC with a COA per lot.

Rubber Grade Carbon Black

Fourteen N-series grades, from high-abrasion tread blacks through to low-structure semi-reinforcing grades — the complete reinforcement range a tyre plant, hose and belt maker or general rubber goods compounder works with. Grade designations follow ASTM D1765; routine testing is performed to GB 3778-2021 and the values below are typical targets, confirmed per lot on the COA.

GradeTypical specificationPackingTypical applications
N115Iodine 145 g/kg, DBP 113FIBCHigh-reinforcing tread compounds and high-strength rubber goods where maximum abrasion resistance is required
N121Iodine 121 g/kg, DBP 132FIBCTyre tread and conveyor belt covers — high structure for high filler loadings
N134Iodine 142 g/kg, DBP 127FIBCHigh-abrasion tread compounds and off-the-road tyre carcass compounds
N220Iodine 121 g/kg, DBP 114FIBCTyre tread, conveyor belt covers and moulded goods needing high abrasion resistance
N234Iodine 120 g/kg, DBP 125FIBCHigh-performance tread compounds and industrial rubber products under severe service
N236Values on COA (producer grade)FIBCAbrasion-resistant compounds and extruded goods requiring a processing window between N220 and N330
N330Iodine 82 g/kg, DBP 102FIBCThe general-purpose tread and carcass grade — tyres, hoses, belts, moulded and extruded goods
N339Iodine 90 g/kg, DBP 120FIBCHigh-structure tread compounds, tyre sidewalls and high-modulus extrusions
N347Iodine 90 g/kg, DBP 124FIBCTyre tread and retread compounds, and mechanical goods requiring high reinforcement
N351Iodine 68 g/kg, DBP 120FIBCExtrusion and calendering compounds where high structure gives dimensional stability
N375Iodine 90 g/kg, DBP 114FIBCTread and industrial rubber compounds balancing reinforcement and heat build-up
N550Iodine 43 g/kg, DBP 121FIBCFast-extrusion grade for hoses, profiles, seals and cable compounds — smooth surface, low die swell
N660Iodine 36 g/kg, DBP 90FIBCGeneral-purpose semi-reinforcing grade for belts, hoses, moulded goods and tyre carcass
N774Iodine 29 g/kg, DBP 72FIBCLow-structure semi-reinforcing grade for inner liners, extrusions and low-hysteresis compounds

Iodine adsorption and DBP absorption figures are typical target values; the measured values for your lot are issued on the COA. Grade selection is matched to your compound — tell us the polymer, the product and the property you need and we will recommend the grade.

Packing, Loading & Documents

Carbon black is supplied in FIBC (jumbo bags), palletised and stretch-wrapped for container loading; 25 kg sacks are available for smaller orders and for customers who bag in-house. Bags are marked with grade, lot number and net weight so the material can be traced back to the production batch.

  • Packing. FIBC on pallets, or 25 kg sacks — sized to your container plan and to your own handling equipment
  • Loading. Container loading with photographs before sealing; consolidation and storage available through our Yantai bonded warehouse
  • Documents. COA per lot, MSDS / TDS, packing list, commercial invoice and certificate of origin
  • Classification. HS 2803 0000 — we confirm the duty rate and any trade-remedy position for your destination before quoting

Quality System & Testing

Production runs under an ISO 9001 quality management system, with environmental and occupational health certification alongside it. Every lot is tested before release — iodine adsorption, DBP absorption, tinting strength, heating loss, ash content and sieve residue — and the results are reported on the COA that travels with the shipment.

Samples are available for laboratory evaluation before an order. We also send the COA format in advance so your quality team can confirm the test methods and units they need: GB 3778-2021 is the routine standard, and we confirm the reporting format your market requires at quotation stage.

Send us the grade you are buying today.

We will come back with an equivalent, a landed price and a lead time.
